What are the cancellation conditions of a rent?
more than 30 days before the start of the rent: 70% reimbursement to the client.
between 15 and 30 days before: 50%refund.
less than 15 days before: there is no reimbursement
Can I cancel in case of bad weather conditions?
Our General Terms and Conditions stipulate that a Special Weather Bulletin (BME) for the entire duration of the rental period or an event that poses a risk to navigation, such as a serious natural disaster, allows the reservation to be canceled free of charge and regardless of the owner's cancellation conditions.
If there is no proven danger to navigation, the cancellation conditions defined by the owner will apply and any refund will be at the discretion of the owner. Please note that if your rental has been confirmed with a professional rental company with “Custom” cancellation policies, you are welcome to contact them directly for more information regarding cancellations due to bad weather.
You always have the option to change the dates of your reservation for free if the owner agrees.
